I cannot download anything People should be directed to the first version wherefrom to begin with a valid account. It showed a download offer but then remained on the list of the purchases to download and did not appear in my Accordance Library. I will get in touch, but the question is rather simple: wherefrom begin to download afresh when you a have version 9 starter, then version 10, then version 11. If I click on version 10 for example, I am offered to buy the package. Some simplification would make easier the choices for downloading the right version.
