WhiteWings Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Is signing a form the only thing required to get the crossgrade discount?The reason I'm asking is this.I've some titles I would like to crossgrade, but I don't have any further information like version number.Some of the titles are so old, that not even the installer runs on my Win 10 PC.Receipts... well little hope after all those years.So, does a crossgrade only involve signing a form? Helen Brown Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 If you cannot complete all the fields, you can still send in the form to receive the crossgrade. Mainly you are affirming that you legitimately own the titles in another software package and will keep them rather than passing them on to another person.
