Can someone help me print text+user notes

For the life of me I can't seem to figure this basic thing out.

 

I have a tab open with a bible passage and when I click on a note icon or open the user note file it opens below the text in the same tab.

 

I'd like to print the bible text with any notes associated with the verse beside it. Which means I may have a note on v1 but not again until v 20. I'd like the notes to display next to the appropriate verse.  Can this be done?

 

I pretty much always do everything on screen but now I need to actually print.

 

Can anyone walk me through how this can be done?
