That is an error on their side and isn't something that Accordance can fix. The link is correct but your IP is being blocked (for some reason that is unknown to me).

Its possible that your ISP is blocking all unencrypted HTTP traffic?  Unfortunately, our newsletter couldn't use https as hendrickson.bible doesn't have a correct SSL certificate set up.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is an Akamai CDN error. Even the ISP can't resolve this.

Typically you will receive this error if:

- You have generated some traffic from your IP address that Akamai considers malicious. Typically these blocks expire after some time.

or

- The Akamai customer has specifically blocked your address or a range that includes your address. This requires the Akamai customer to change their configuration.

Edit:  One thing that you can try to do is to acquire a new DHCP IP address from your ISP. You can typically do this via the interface of your home router. Usually it will be some button that says "Renew IP address" or something like that.  If you cannot find it you can also try to reboot your modem and/or router. That may get you a new address.

I get the same "Access denied" message, whether I use fiber or 4G, and thus with two different IP addresses. Like the OP, I'm also in Europe. Is it possible that Hendrickson is blocking non-US traffic?

Yes. It is possible that the CDN is blocking based off region, country, user-agent, etc.

Are we talking about the DSS mail?

No problem accessing the site, but the promised email with links never arrived after subscribing.

I routed my Internet traffic through several proxies and have confirmed that several countries are actually blocked (Germany, Italy, etc).

I also want to thank you for working with your partner to quickly resolve this. Reading between the lines of the message, it sounds like Rose Publishing doesn't want to be burdened with GDPR compliance.

They cannot but you can?

OK I see now. That makes sense.
