jeffscoggins Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 This morning I installed some updates but did not close the active user notes window. When Accordance restarted the user notes file would not open and then I discovered that the file entirely disappeared. Fortunately I had just backed it up yesterday, so all is well. But that this can happen is frightening given the many hours invested in that file. Do I need to close everything when installing an update, or what can I do to avoid disaster like this?
