Freedom Scientific ZoomText Magnifier/Reader Compatibility Issues

There is a strange problem when reading the bible modules in Accordance with the third party software called ZoomText, a screen reader & magnificaiton program from the makers of Freedom Scientific.  

 

When using the app reader feature, that is the one where Zoomtext reads from the application reader window in accordance itself, it is unable to use the speak it is unable to use the DocReader, a window in Zoomtext to make reading text easier with its own specific fonts set by the user.  It will only read in App Reader.  When reading in App reader, it reads to the end of a line, then skips verse numbers or the word Lord.  If it sees the word LORD, it reads "ORD" at the beginning of the line where the word "LORD" appears, then when seeing the word LORD, it says "L".  This happens at the beginning of a line of text for verse  numbers and the word "LORD".  

 

Any technical assistance would be greatly appreciated.  You can download a trial version of zoomtext and try it for yourself at 2x magnification. Go to www.freedomscinetific.com and download Zoomtext 2019 trial version and try the app reader by doing one of the following:  

hold the caps lock key and alt keys at the same time and type the letter A for app reader, or click the mouse while holding down caps lock and alt while at the place of this problem, like in Ezekiel 1, for example.

In general we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all third party software.  It is up to that software to work with external apps, not up to us to work with any arbitrary software.  However, we are willing to work with developers.  If the developer of ZoomText is interested in working with us to add compatibility, they are welcome to reach out.  Alternatively, if they publicize how they are interacting with other apps, we can then use this information.  But, without either of those solutions, we have no idea how they attempt to interact with Accordance and thus cannot work towards a fix.

Out of curiosity, which bible text are you attempting this from?
