Copy only the Bible references from a Tool

I frequently want to extract Biblical verses from a given Tool (without the accompanying text) and copy these verses into an Accordance Bible TAB of my choice to use later for a Bible Study. I have tried "Copy As References" but this is always greyed-out. For example in the "Bible Themes Dictionary" I would want to copy all the verses from this portion of text:

It is a sign of God’s love Heb 12:6 See also Pr 3:12; Ps 119:75; Rev 3:19

It is a sign of belonging to God’s family Heb 12:6 See also Pr 3:12; Dt 8:5; 2Sa 7:14; Heb 12:7

It trains God’s people Heb 12:11

I am running Accordance 12 on Windows 10.

The current easiest way to do this is to open the verses, by click-dragging from inside of the first reference to inside of the last reference.  From that resulting 'Text' window, you can Select and Copy As -> References.

As I am trying this out it seems somewhat temperamental. I can get it to work some of the time, but not all of the time. Under what conditions should it always work? Does an intervening non-biblical reference break the chain?

When I try this, I have to move quickly or else the program thinks I am doing a long-click and gives a pop-up with instant details.

I usually ⌘+⇧+click a single reference and it will open all the references cited in that paragraph. Then, as Joel said, you can select the verses and Copy as References.

I think the main restriction is that all the references must be in the same paragraph.

I have a Windows computer and model M keyboard and so the keyboard trick you provided did not seem to work for me. As for the paragraph restriction, this is less significant with certain tools. If one uses the tool furnished in my initial post (Dictionary of Bible Themes) where paragraphs are short and many, copying the references could prove burdensome.

On Windows, after clicking within the list of verses, I use <ctrl>A to mark all of the verses, then Copy As References as already mentioned.
