Make the "Web Browser" tab behave like all other tabs

Great day.  I've never understood why I cannot use the shortcut keys to 1) Detach (Ctrl+Alt+T), and then 2) Maximize (Win+Up) the "Web Browser" tab.

 

I use the same shortcut keys (via macro) for all other kinds of windows in Accordance, and they all work perfectly.  The only kind that doesn't allow this is the "Web Browser" window / tab.  Why not?  Please cause it to behave like any other window / tab.
