mattsarahryan1 Posted May 17, 2019 Share Posted May 17, 2019 Hello, All of a sudden, after updating the mobile app the mobile sync function does not work at all. The mac can find the iphone, however, once I click sync, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this. I tried restarting the computer, but that did not work. Items that are not allowed to synced but are still listed will cause problems. Look for user created folders in the user content, dividers, empty line items, and unknown files.
