jlm
I'm curious why the commentary on Acts was not included in the International Critical Commentary module. Was it because the commentary isn't considered useful because of its age (1870), difficulty in getting a copy of the commentary (it's online: vol. 1, vol. 2), or something else? It would seem a bit tidier to include it.
R. Mansfield
If I remember correctly, there was not a digital copy as “clean" as the other volumes. That does not mean that we will never make Acts available; we’re just looking for better options.
jlm
I'm not sure whether you mean scanned page images or electronic text, but if it's the former, perhaps you could get a copy of the volume to scan through interlibrary loan. I imagine the hard part of digitizing works like this is the polytonic Greek, something in which commercial OCR programs seem to have no interest.
