billwing
I have Accordance on an old MacBook (white plastic) from late 2009 running Yosemite 10.5.5. I can't get the Accordance app to either quit or force quit and I can't use any of the drop down menus except for the help menu. Every menu option on the other menus are grayed out. I use the Accordance app on my iPhone 6 and would like to be able to edit my user tools on my Macbook and sync with my phone, but am unable to do so. What should I do next? R. Mansfield
I think in this case, your best bet will be to contact Tech Support by email ( support@accordancebible.com ), calling 407-339-0266, or accessing Live Chat from the main page of www.accordancebible.com during business hours. billwing
I downloaded the 11.2 version, as advised by the support person, and I was able to launch Accordance again. But now I have run into a problem editing a user tool. When I try to update it after a small correction in a verse reference, the update bar gets stuck about four fifths of the way through. Fabian
I guess your verse reference is not correct. Unlink it and try again. Greetings Fabian
