Description of Russian Synodal Bible on Website

I'm confused by this description below--particularly the last part about the 3.0 update, because it seems redundant.  is the update supposed to say that the ***old*** testament is now tagged, or still just the "nt"?  thanks   RUSSIAN SYNODAL BIBLE (WITH NT TAGGED WITH STRONG'S NUMBERS)

The Russian Synodal Bible was first published in 1876 and is widely used by all churches in Russia. In this version, the Old Testament is NOT tagged with Strong's Numbers but will be added IF it becomes available. The New Testament is tagged with Strong's Numbers (Russian New Testament with Strongs Numbers under edition of Victor R. Zhuromsky.) With the Strong's Number tagging, the New Testament words/phrases are keyed to the complete Pierce-Strong's Number Code System which provides lexicon definitions as well as tense-voice-mood verb parsings. 5/2/18 Update: The 3.0 update adds Strong's Numbering to the New Testament.

The Bible was released without any tagging. Tagging was added to the NT with the 3.0 update. The OT is currently NOT tagged.
