rcdeacon
I recently purchased a Surface Pro 6 running the latest version of Windows 10 (not the insider edition). Accordance has proved to be very unreliable and crashes constantly. The latest debacle was a new workspace which contained only one pane with two texts (CBS 17S and NJKVS). It opens at Genesis 1:1 but I can get it to crash by simply clicking on a word! I was trying to click or hover over a word in the CBS and noting the way the same Greek or Hebrew word was translated in the NKJV. Bob
R. Mansfield
Definitely contact tech support, Bob. I use Accordance in Windows all the time and experience nothing like that.
rcdeacon
I narrowed the crash down to the note icons on the side of the text pane. When I hover the curser turns into the magnifying glass but nothing shows up in the instant details box. If I click the note icon again-CRASH! One time merely by hovering over the note icon I got a crash. Bob Narrowed it down a little more. It is related to notes that I have attached to Psalm 1:1. There are actually 4 notes attached to that verse. When I hover over the note icon the cursor changes to the magnifying glass, DOES NOT display instant details and when I click on anything else in the pane-CRASH! It does NOT do this if I hover over any of the other notes I have in Psalm 1. They seem to work normally. rcdeacon
It is DEFINITELY a note problem! Not sure why, but my note or notes (there are 4) on Psalm 1 are the culprit! This is NOT the first issue I have had with notes. Bob
rcdeacon
For what its worth, I found the offending file and deleted it, all is well in Accordance land! Bob
