R. Mansfield
With one week left to show appreciation to clergy, we've brought back the 25% discount on Clergy Gift Cards. Also don't miss a new reference work from Craig Evans and discounts on commentaries, dictionaries, handbooks, and other biblical helps sure to benefit any teacher or preacher.
KevinPurcell
Can the Clergy discount cards be used with the eAcademy credit and my clergy discount at the same time?
Helen Brown
Yes, they can. We usually do not stack discounts, but your credit is yours to use as you wish. However, the Gift cards are meant to be gifts, not to oneself.
KevinPurcell
So if someone gives me $75 but doesn't do online purchases herself can I still use it for myself? It's coming from another person, but she doesn't do the online thing.
Helen Brown
You will need to write to orders to explain that, they should allow it.

Diatheke76
I think they should allow us to purchase the discounted gift cards for ourselves. Someone gave me the money last year and I used it to buy a gift card with my CC and the discount didn’t apply. I called Customer Service and they didn’t even know why they had that weird rule about us ministers not being able to buy discounted cards. Anyway, they gladly fixed the issue and I even got to apply the minister’s discount too on top of the gift card.
Alistair
I think they should allow us to purchase the discounted gift cards for ourselves. I'm happy for you but I chose to NOT to try to fudge the system to my advantage, so where does that leave us? Either we can or we cannot buy ourselves giftcards. Make a decision and stick to it. But these loopholes and fudges via customer services do OakTree a disservice. (Not you personally Diatheke76.)
