Dark Mode and Dark-Dark Mode

BTW I have all in the Accordance default. Fonts and Backgrounds, Verse ref colors etc.

But I would love to have a switch anyway.

If you are in Dark mode, then all of the standard themes will be Dark.  Are you sure you aren't still on a Custom theme?

This is still an open issue.

And there is no Dark Mode for the Syntax trees, the Diagram, the Parallels. It seems you have added Dark mode last month very hurry, so you can say you have it for 13. But Mojave was in Dark Mode since a year.

  • 4 weeks later...

I would like to report that dark mode on Accordance (13.02) is unusable for me due to the following…

1.    Many titles in some modules are shaded in a grey block header which is unreadable in dark mode (eg 1001 Illustrations)
2.    Many highlights (eg Yellow) from the iPad when synced over result in the text to be very hard to read on the desktop

In short the conversion of highlights and the obvious inadequacies of some modules to deal with dark mode sensibly make it a real pain to use Accordance in dark mode due to the unreadable text.

Hope this can be improved in future versions but for now I have to reluctantly use a non dark theme.
