Bring the whiteboard option to the toolbar?

The whiteboard function is very impressive. I can imagine that it will be useful for teaching and making tutorials.

I hope this function may be taken as a standalone option that we can put an icon in the toolbar for quick access. To place it at the highlighting popup window is not that convenient to use.
