robbridgewater Posted November 5, 2019 Share Posted November 5, 2019 Hello - I can't seem to open any Accordance 12 image files - each time I get a dialogue box which states "in order to view pictures, the quicktime™ extension must be installed". I presume this is a Catalina issue as (a) I don't recall the problem under the previous OS, and ( I'm aware that 32-bit Quicktime is no longer functional under Catalina. Can anyone suggest a fix?
