Cause picture and Web browser windows to function like other windows

I'm constantly opening, detaching, and maximizing windows in Accordance.  I don't have the luxury of large screen space, so I'm very grateful for Accordance's ability to detach and maximize windows, and that is how I function.

 

I use a simple macro to do this, since I'm constantly doing it.  But picture windows and Web browser's don't respond to my macros.  That is, shortcut keys to "detach" and "maximize" don't work with them.  This isn't the biggest deal in the world, as I open these fairly infrequently, but it is seemingly incongruous.  It would just be nice if shortcut keys worked on these kinds of windows also.
