Accordance on iPadOS 13: Change Text or Tool Background Color in Dark Mode

Is there a way to change the Text or Tool Background Color in Dark Mode on iPadOS 13? I can see it for User Notes, but not for Texts or Tools.

 

I want to keep the UI Dark, but I want my Text and Tools with Black Font on Parchment. That’s how I have it set on Accordance 13 on macOS.

 

I want the Dark Interface to fade away, allowing me to solely focus on the text or tool I’m reading and studying.
