Web Browser Not Working

I tried to access my Logos library through the web browser and is not working.  I takes me to the sign in page, but when I click "sign in" it does nothing.  I go to the learn more link and it takes me to the Logos website.  I've tried other websites and it takes me to them, but for some reason, to sign in or log in into my Logos web app is not going anywhere.

 

Any suggestions to fix this or any reasons why it's not working?

Ps. Sometimes the web browser gives me a "Can't reach this page" every now and then.

I tested this on Mac OS 10.14.6 with Accordance 13.0.2 (which I realize isn't entirely specific to your operating system); however, Accordance's browser is functioning for me on Mac OS with the Logos web app.  Hopefully, someone with Windows 10 will check for you soon, and unfortunately I don't have any suggestions at this time.

Currently, the Logos library site does not work in the Accordance internal web browser in Windows 10. Assume this is not on purpose from either company :-)

The problem is the web browser Accordance is using.  It is using internet explorer for some odd reason, not edge.  I am guessing that Mac uses Safari.  I tested this theory by opening IE directly and trying.  Same exact thing.  They should use Edge instead of Explorer and voila, problem fixed.
