Copy As Citation not working

Hi all,

 

I used to "copy as citation" Greek text from the NA28 and paste it in a Word document. Recently I had the strangest problem - when I highlighted Greek text and asked Accordance to parse it, in the parsing window the letter pi, and only that letter, wouldn't display int he Greek text. I tried to open with safe mode and clean up fonts, but it didn't fix it. I finally uninstalled/reinstalled Accordance and that fixed it. But now when I highlight Greek text and try to "copy as citation" it won't let me. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I figured it out via another problem. Accordance is now installed as a Lite version. I'm paid up for the full version through 12, so I'll need to reach out to tech support to get that fixed.
