MatthewJames
As far as I can tell, Accordance is currently saving all "highlights", "pen" marks, and "whiteboard" drawings into one highlight file, correct? And it seems like they are all saved and displayed together so that there is no way for me to make a bunch of highlights and then mark up several things with the pen and then choose to toggle the pen marks off and leave the highlight marks on. It appears that I have to create a separate highlights file for everything I would want to keep separate and then manually select them in order to show them, but I would still have no way to easily show multiple highlight file markups at the same time. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am still learning. I want to use this for bible study in a classroom setting where it would be projected on a big screen and I would like to be able to make highlights on certain words and then make pen marks around other words and then be able to toggle off all the pen marks so they could just see the highlights and vice-versa. If this is not currently possible, is there a quick work-around? Also, if I have to create a new highlight file each time, is there a way I can do it so it automatically starts me off with a preset number of my default highlight styles, so I don't have to recreate them all from scratch in each highlight file? Thanks for the help. Matt
R. Mansfield
Accordance cannot currently do what you're asking. Developers may step in to discuss feasibility. Note that whiteboard drawings are never saved in any file.
