I tried setting up syncing between my Mac and my iPad (not very successful). But after attempting this I could not quit Accordance, either from the menu or using Command Q.

I am finding I can't Quit Accordance.
As far as I am aware, the only change I have made recently is upgrading to Version 13.0.4. I am running it on a mid-2012 MacBook Pro running Catalina (10.15.2).
Neither Command-Q nor choosing Quit Accordance from the Accordance menu works. In each case the menu heading or menu item flashes to register the input, but Accordance simply remains. I have had to use Force Quit which I am sure is not a good thing to be doing.
