Problems copying text out of Accordance & new error message

I mentioned at least once before on the forum--but it certainly bears repeating--as this is a continual, annoying issue--that I often have to hit the shortcut Ctrl+C for "copy" multiple times (2,3,4 or more times to actually copy simple text out of Accordance).  I don't think I have this problem in any other program I use on Windows 7.  Why can't Accordance get this right the first time?

This is highly annoying because I will use Ctrl+C to copy and then paste, and when Accordance doesn't properly copy the text, I end up pasting whatever was previously on my clipboard, and it messes things up.  As a result, I'm in the habit of double or triple-copying (pressing the shortcut two or three times in a row) for every single thing I copy out of Accordance.

#1) This shouldn't have to be the case.

#2) This still fails about 1 out of every 7 times, which can amount to multiple times per day, and I end up getting the previously-copied contents.  (This is especially irritating when it's Hebrew text, as there are special formatting considerations I have to constantly juggle between applications).

(Note: I know that Joel previously said to make sure that I have the relevant pane, or window activated before I copy.  I assure you that this isn't the issue, as I'm usually clicking on that pane, and then double or triple copying.)

Second issue: Since the release of v.13 I'm getting an unprecedented error message from Accordance (which I've also mentioned before) that "Accordance can't copy the text" (or something to that effect).  This happens about 20% of the time that I try and copy text out of Accordance, which can amount to dozens of times per day.

These issues just reached a fever pitch with me again today, so I thought I'd mention them again.  Otherwise, for all I know, they might get "lost in the weeds."

Thank you.

I, too, have had copy and pasting issues.  Most frequent for me are that it loses the style (font color, italics, etc) when pasting.

It may be helpful if you mention the operating system / device you are having the problems on.

"Accordance can't copy the text" (or something to that effect)

Sorry, I wasn't in the mood to go dig up the actual error message.  But here it is...

There was an error processing your clipboard contents. Please copy some text to remove this error.

I have the same problem more often than not.

Most times when I try to copy some text from Accordance, either I get an error message, or the clipboard is just empty.

Even selecting "Copy" (or one of the other copy options) from the context menu often doesn't work.

This is on Windows 10.

I'd sure love to have this fixed.  It is extremely annoying.  Tonight, I received this message 5-7 times in a row when trying to copy Hebrew text out of the Research Tab.  Normally, this happens about 25-50% of the time, meaning that I have to copy text from Accordance two or three times just to be sure that I got it, but tonight (and this isn't the first time), I had to see this error pop up about 5-7 times in a row.  Why?

Thank you Accordance Team.  With version 13.0.5.0 this annoying error is now fixed!  Thank you for all your hard work.
