Easy Install (New Purchases) and Update Download Error

dear Sir,

 

I keep having similar error messages downloading my new purchases and updates. (See attached JPEG for error message).

 

The download starts but always terminates abruptly with the error message.

 

Please assist ASAP. Thank you.

Hi VChia,

 

  JPEGs do not upload to the forums. Try PNG or TIFF. PNGs definitely do upload but I think TIFF do as well.

I would try closing Accordance, then restart it in safe mode, by holding "Alt" as it starts up.  Then check the option that says "Clear cached downloads", and then Launch Accordance.
