indychris
I have been using Accordance for years, starting I believe with a Premier 6 quite some time ago. I have numerous version of the Bible and quite a few misc resources. My mad recently died, so I purchased the upgrade to Accord 13. When I go to sync my account, I only have a fraction of my resources, and my most important NASB w/Strongs is missing. Help????
Julie Palmer
I would recommend checking Easy Install (Accordance > Easy Install). That will tell you what hasn't been installed.
indychris
Of course that was the first thing I did. As I mentioned, I've been using Accordance daily for years. I have receipts going back to at least 2006.
Fabian
The Easy Install is much more complex with 13. Have you go to the cock-wheel and "Show superseded Items" etc. Maybe you have the old NAS-GR package. And this is now under the superseded. There is an upgrade, which I recommend it to you to get file updates of errors etc.. But this are only wild guesses. With 13 we can now install superseded items, which was not possible before. But if you only have the old package, then you must "Show the superseded" to see your purchases. This habit is new under 13. This may cause your "lost" items. Maybe you have also to contact Sales. You were correct, but I did not realize a 'superseded' setting even existed. Now apparently it's time to learn some new tricks.
Fabian
Ah great you get it. But I still recommend to upgrade. Then the items are also in the correct folder.

I'm actually not sure that upgrade will work with my collection. I don't have anything in my library with that name. My group goes all the way back before the Premier 6. It's the "NAS95 with Strong Numbers Group". Seems like it includes much of what is in the upgrade, though.
Fabian
Now it's goes beyond my knowledge. Some of the Accordance team has to answer now. If you run "Module Update", do you have anything in the section you have to pay for, which is related to the NASB? If you run "Module Update", do you have anything in the section you have to pay for, which is related to the NASB? Nothing there for NASB, which would seem to confirm my suspicion that my purchases are likely to old to qualify. My downloads appear to work fine, though. Thanks again.
