Accordance Android Won't Let me Scroll Past Genesis 1

Accordance ok Android (Sprint Galaxy Note 8) will not allow me to scroll past Genesis 1 when I search for "Gen" in order to read. It begins to scroll but then goes back up to the beginning.

 

What is going on?

 

Scrolling on any search goes back up to the beginning of the selection.

I'm not able to repro this - running on an S10. What text are you searching ? And what is your context set to ? You're doing a verse search right ?
