User note font size/color changes during sync

I'm a Bibleworks refugee and new to Accordance, syncing between two iMac desktops and a MacBook Air, all operating with Catalina.

After saving and syncing notes through a Dropbox folder, many chapters of notes appear in various font sizes and colors, minimum 48 pt and often much larger. I've been able to reset individual chapters by manually adjusting font, font size and color back to the original. Below is a typical result. I'd love for this to not happen in the first place, and I'd love to be able to reset all my notes, rather than do so chapter by chapter throughout the whole Bible. Thanks!

Boise,

I'm sorry for your troubles.

1) Are you able to reproduce the behavior?  That is, on a chapter you have already fixed, can you get a sequence of actions that causes the font size bug to re-occur?

2) This isn't a full fix, but you can do Set Notes Display -> Standardize text display, to fix the display of all of your notes to the correct size.

Thanks, Joel.

1) I've not been able to reproduce at will, but it's happened twice. The first time, I added some notes on my laptop; and later on my home desktop, when the popup asked if I wanted to import the session from my other [laptop] computer, I said Yes. The session from my laptop loaded on my desktop, but it resized the window to the size of my laptop screen and increased the font size of the user notes gigantically. (After that, my "workaround" was to ignore sessions on other computers when the popup asked.) The second time involved syncing from my home desktop, which often doesn't go well: the dropbox sync status window often shows that syncing freezes at task #4; if I click on "stop," sometimes the button does nothing, and sometimes it says I have to reload the session – but if I press "reload," nothing happens. In addition, Accordance usually won't close unless I force-quit. (This is the oldest of the three computers involved, but all three use the same OS Catalina 10.15.3.) I believe that, the second time, I force-quit the program while the dropbox sync status window was frozen. I've tried to reproduce this tonight, but to no avail.

2) Phew. Thanks!
