pbgroover
How do I change what appears in instant details when I hover over a keyed Greek or Hebrew number in NIDNTTE? At the moment what appears in instant details doesn't correspond with NIDNTTE. For example I have "κλάω G3089" on the screen, I hover over G3089 as it's a keyed number and instant details returns "[Mounce Greek Dictionary] GK G1093 | S G1018 βραβεύω", a completely unrelated word. I've gone into preferences and changed my Amplify options to another lexicon other than Mounce, as this was my selection so I thought this must have something to do with this problem, however this is not making any difference when using NIDNTTE. Had a quick look in help but couldn't find an answer, what am I doing wrong? Hopefully this is a quick answer from someone who knows but I'm baffled... Mark Allison
The key numbers in NIDNTTE are hard-coded to Mounce, and they can't be changed. When I hover over the key number on my Mac, sometimes nothing appears, and at other times the wrong information appears. That's a bug, and I'll pass it on. When I click on the number, the correct information shows up in Mounce, even if the wrong info is being displayed in ID. pbgroover
Thanks Mark - I didn't try clicking the keyed number, you're right that returns the correct info in a separate Mounce tab. Strange how ID is bugged when clicking is not, but glad it was a simple one to replicate and hopefully just as simple to fix. Appreciate the quick and helpful reply Mark as always.
pbgroover
BTW, the Hebrew keyed numbers are similarly bugged using the KM dictionary, so hopefully this will be corrected at the same time...
