Help using Accordance to Live Stream for Pastors

Is there a way to use accordance in your live stream (like on facebook live)? I am having to live stream some things for the church at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and am seeking to find the best solutions to minister with. Practically speaking I want to be able to pull up Accordance on a part of the screen or switch back and forth while speaking.

I also would be interested in any information regarding this.

I don't think FB will allow you to share a screen. Other technologies like Zoom and Skype can. But I'd be interested to hear of other ideas if anyone has them.

You can connect a Zoom conference to either Facebook or Youtube. Zoom has great tools, you can very easily share an application screen (Accordance) with an audience. In my experience, sharing Zoom is easier on Youtube than Facebook.

Has anyone used Ecamm? I just saw a recommendation on that for the cost.

If you use Ecamm you can livestream your screen and yourself on FB live or YouTube, for example. Only works on Macs, BTW.

Last I heard, Zoom is free for calls up to 45 minutes.  For a relatively low cost, you can exceed that time frame.  I've used Zoom for some long-distance Bible studies, and the ability to share screens is magnificent.  It's been a terrific tool.

Thank you all for your comments, I went with Ecamm for the time being, gets the job done, and good tutorials to aid in it.

You can use the free OBS software to Facebook Live / YouTube stream / etc. and have multiple scenes to switch between. I used it today for a Bible study to switch between my cam, my Accordance window (with a little pic-in-pic box of me in the corner) and a Safari window. Lots of info online for using OBS.
