Highlights are not syncing between computer phone and tablet. Both tablet and phone running v 2.0.3

First, make sure you are using the same file on all devices. There could be more than one on each, and you are not using the same one. See the Help docs for more info.


Second, assuming you are syncing using Dropbox, unlink and re-link. Create a backup before relinking.


Third, go to Dropbox.com and confirm the files are syncing by looking when they were last modified. Once in a while, I need to upload the file to Db.com the first time to  make it sync with all devices.


Very important: Make sure to have a backup of your Highlights before linking with Dropbox. If you are using iOS mobile devices and Macs, and you need to backup highlights on the iOS devices, sync via WiFi first so that the changes can be synced to your Mac. Once on Mac, create a backup copy!


On Android 8.0.0, the user files may be in the My Files folder.
