Low Internet Connection it Fails to Activate Accordance

Hello 

 

I've tried to go back to Accordance 12 due to a bug in 13:

 

1. Why it won't always to new log in even if I have not logged out. 

2. Why is the internet connection to Accordance still a problem. I've tried several times it all fails.  Come on, this is not a new issue and should be solved since years.
