Vowels cut off in Peshitta NT

In the Peshitta NT, vowels are placed above the consonants. When the consonant is particularly tall, the top of the vowel is cut off. So the line height for this font needs to be increased to leave space for a vowel, at least for this Text (others don't have vowels).

On macOS, the vowels are displayed correctly.
