why1942 Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 (edited) I've noticed black diamonds with ?'s inside in the Analytics Report from search research. Seems to only be on the Hebrew listings. I've tried to change the fonts in the properties. It changes the look of the Hebrew, but does not resolve the diamonds. Any ideas? Attached image. Mark Allison Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 Looks like there's an issue with your Accordance fonts. Try holding down the ALT key when launching Accordance. This starts Accordance in Safe Mode and you'll have a list of options that help resolve some issues. Select "Clean Up Installed Fonts" and click the "Launch Accordance" button.
