Accordance won’t quit. Stuck on sync to Dropbox

I’m running Accordance 13.05 on a MacBook Pro running MacOS Catalina (10.15.4) and am fairly frequently finding that Accordance won’t quit. It sticks with a message saying that it is syncing to Dropbox, but can’t seem to get past that. Sometimes I have done a Force Quit to get out of it. Today - after a very long time - Accordance crashed. Any thoughts?

Here is the content of the crash log:

If you change the Dropbox preferences to sync manually rather than automatically, does the sync still freeze up when you initiate a manual sync?

I've been having the same problem with Dropbox sync on quit getting stuck. In the past, it tended to happen while I was traveling and using a hotspot that sometimes had a weak connection, but now it's been happening at home with my mostly-reliable WiFi and fiber.

The latest freeze may be atypical in that I had restored an old version of User Notes with Dropbox. I then tried to quit, and Accordance froze on sync. There was no progress in the progress bar, and pushing Stop had no effect. After waiting a while, I force quit and restarted. I chose to restore the session after the "crash". Then Accordance told me it would have to reload my session, and I said OK. It synced and reloaded. Then it told me again that it would have to reload my session, synced and reloaded.

After that I switched the preferences to manual syncing as Silas asked the other user to do, and successfully synced.

Previously, with automatic syncing, sync normally worked. The only time it froze was when I quit Accordance, though not every time.

After switching back to automatic syncing a few days ago, I had another hang on Dropbox sync today. I had one unnamed workspace open. I rapidly closed all the panes with CMD-W, but didn't close the window. Then I quit. Presumably, it wanted to save this change to the workspace to Dropbox, but for some reason it hung before doing anything.
