Anthony J Smith
Just upgraded to 13.1.0. At least when the Info Pane is displayed, the file browser is repeatedly popping up, requesting: Where is the file "Time data"? Please navigate to the correct folder and select the module. I have the timeline sampler installed, and I've tried deleting and re-installing it, but that hasn't fixed it.
revkevcollison
Same problem. Accordance 13 will not run on my Windows PC. Now it will not run on my Mac. Why did I spend money on an upgrade? Help!
JonathanHuber
If something in 13.1 is preventing you from being able to use Accordance at all, I'm sure they'll look into this but I don't know how quickly they'd have a fix. In the meantime, you could install version 12 to use for now. I'm thinking of pastors preparing for Sunday... https://www.accordancebible.com/Accordance-Installers#Acc-

(The problems weren't catastrophic - I could close the file browser and the Info Pane and carry on, but better on 13.0.5 for now...)
Fabian
Or purchase the full Timeline
Peregrine
Same issue, with the added complication that the window asking for the time data file couldn't be cancelled – reappeared immediately. Had to resolve by Force quitting. As suggested I've re-installed 13.0.5. 2009 iMac running El Capitan (latest possible on this machine). Don't feel inclined to try it on my 2013 MBA running Mojave until a working fix arrives.
benkeshet
I also got this problem upon upgrade. I did manage to get the new version of Accordance opened -- by repeated clicking (7-10 times) of the [Cancel] button on the lower right of the pane that requested the "Time data". Admittedly not the best solution, but all seems to work. Hope this bug is solved pretty soon.
DoosanMan
Not working really at all. Whenever I try to go to a different verse this pop up comes and takes a bit to clear it. It's making Accordance unusable. I'm trying to downgrade to 13.05, but have slow internet today. Please fix asap. Accordance is an important part of every morning for me.
