accordance_fan
I wanted to ask why it is that some Accordance Modules are broken up into so many parts. For e.g. I have the Anchor Bible Commentary. Altogether this is six modules, which takes up quite a bit of space in my Library. The Hermeneia set is four modules. It would be nice to have resources in single modules so that one can make more efficient use of one's Library. What is the underlying reason for this? Brian W. Davidson
I understand the thinking when you are dealing with alternate volumes, but in the AYB I don’t understand why the OT is split the way it is. It is cumbersome.
R. Mansfield
Some modules are split up because there's a 2 GB file limit, I believe. Someone else may be able to speak in more detail to this.
Leopold Green
The downside of the split is every time you want to run AYBC you have to go through the whole business of adding it as a combined resource each and every time and I know this is a 'first world problem' but I wish I didn't have to do it or create custom groups to be able to search/research the whole 'OT' - a sure none of the AYBC volumes (or the whole thing) is anywhere near 2GB (only your biggest photo libraries get anywhere near that) - so could we please have the option to have both Hermeneia and AYBC available as a single volume per HB/'OT' and 'NT'
