He mentioned an apparatus for the Qumran scrolls.

Thirded! :) I never really developed that much interest in the Dead Sea Scrolls -- but I found this webinar fantastic, and the DSS definitely have my interest now! Really good presentation, really great content.

The apparatus is: Eugene Ulrich, The Biblical Qumran Scrolls: Transcriptions and Textual Variants. Brill, 2010 (@ 1:48:49).

Regarding an apparatus, the Ulrich volume is on my shelf. It is a print publication of all the biblical DSS. It does include an apparatus. I'm not sure why he didn't mention this Accordance resource that lists the significant variants between MT and DSS https://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=DSSB%20Variants

Martin Abegg was fantastic.  Please schedule him in the future for an additional lecture on the non biblical DSS

manuscripts.
