mgvh
Win10 Acc 13.1.1 I do believe that it should be the case that when I open my Library and click on any resource, there should be two icons: one is an Info icon describing the resource, the other an Amplify icon. The Amplify icon is visible, but the Info icon is not visible.
Fabian
The info icon is coming by opening the library NOT as pop-over. Open the library by pressing shift should do it, without doing it in the Preferences. The pressing shift overrides the Preferences. If you have the library as pop-over it comes as own pane and vice versa. Edited June 25, 2020 by Fabian
Julie Palmer
Fabian is correct. When the Library pane is opened as a Pop-over, it cannot display a second pop-over (info data). The info icon is only visible and available when the Library is an attached pane.

Paul Meiklejohn
mgvh, I'm sure you're aware already but just for the sake of others reading. If you are using pop-over and you need to access the reference info. If you shift-click the library icon it will give you a fixed pane. Once you close the library it will revert back to pop-over. mgvh
Okay, it was working as intended, but now it is not in 13.1.2 on Win10. I set the Library to appear as a popover in Preferences. BUT, using the Shift-click no longer opens it as a separate/persistent pane. Even using Shift-click, it appears as a popover. So I went into Preferences and unchecked the popover option. Now when I click on the Library icon (with and without Shift), it still appears as a popover. Probably a bug that needs to be fixed....
Drewster
Win 10 + Acc 13.1.2 It seems to be working just fine for me. I set my Library to open as Popover in Preferences, and shift-click opens it as persistent. I tried the reverse; I tried both Aleph and normal. Since it is working for me I wonder if you should boot into safe-mode (hold Alt key when starting Accordance) and try a maintenance option (remove startup session? clear library cache?)? Or try a new/different workspace or session (since Preferences indicates it is a workspace setting)?
