I love the new advanced Accordance Timeline. What a joy it will be to search not only biblical history but also church history. I noticed that when I installed the new advanced timeline, a folder was creation my desktop entitled, "Previous Accordance Settings". In the folder are two items: Timeline and User Items. Should I put this folder in the Accordance folder on my HD. Should I delete these older files? Thanks.

The new timeline comes with a new default set of preferences, but we didn't want to just throw away your old ones if they had important customization.  So, if you'd like to restore your old preferences (keeping the new data), move the preference files back to your  preferences folder.  If you don't have any old Timeline preferences you'd like to restore, you can delete them (and their containing folder).

Does this include the item called User Items as part of the old preferences? I thank you for your helpful comments about the Timeline file that appeared on my desktop. Makes total sense.

Yes, this applies to both "Timeline" and "User Items" settings files in that folder.
