error notification in diallog box after last update

After the last update I began having the following dialog box pop up at random times. I have not been able to correlate the dialog with any corresponding actions.

This is the file that saves the position you were scrolled to in any tools you close, so it can go back to that position next time.  So the most likely time for it to happen is when closing a tool.

 

This is not happening for me, so perhaps you'd be willing to send me a copy of the file so I can see if it's somehow become corrupt?  It's usually located at C:\Users\~your username~\AppData\Local\Accordance\Accordance Preferences\My Places.apref

 

You might also try deleting it if you don't care about the remembered positions.  Accordance should generate a new one the next time you launch it.
