Easy install - write permission denied

I ran easy install today to install 2 modules I'd purchased, there were also 2 other modules in the queue under the Basic Starter pack. I clicked to install all the modules queued but got the following write permission error message on the 2 modules attached to the Basic Starter pack. 

 

This affected files:

 

CUVS-SIMP.atext

CUVS-TRAD.atext

NKRV notes.atool

NKRV.atext

 

 

It's not a problem as not related to the new modules I'd just purchased, but thought to let you know in case there is an issue somewhere causing this behaviour.
