Mark Allison
orb_1Accordance will automatically convert the English text to Hebrew. Edited September 16, 2020 by Mark Allison
TyreeWD3
orb_1 You don't need to type in the vowel pointing since you specified the homograph by adding the "_1", so the equal sign and the quotes are superfluous. And Accordance will automatically convert the English text to Hebrew. Hi Mark, Your answer sounds great. For a visual learner like me, will you please post a screen shot? Thanks! henryaukc
thanks. I want to do a exact search so I leave the vowel points intact. But “_1” instead of “-1” should be added. Though I still find the weird result....
Mark Allison
Sorry. If you want vowels, use "R" to represent a segol and the equal sign to indicate that you care about vowel pointing. Brian W. Davidson
Mark, I’m looking through the Help files, but do you know offhand where all the English equivalents for Hebrew letters can be found?

henryaukc
thanks. it would be great if a virtual keyboard can be added to aid the user. But why I can’t just paste the vowels to do the search? I copy from the text itself. It would be great if I just type “=orb” and it will let me pick “evening”_1 or “raven”_2 Edited September 17, 2020 by henryaukc
