Λύχνις Δαν
Hi ya, The long awaited "The Cambridge Greek Lexicon" has a shown up on Amazon in the UK and US for pre-order, albeit being delivered 2 months earlier in the UK (end of March 2021), though that should really be no surprise. End of May for US. https://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Cambridge-Intermediate-Greek-Lexicon/dp/0521826802/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&keywords=Greek+linguistics&qid=1600954960&s=books&sr=1-10 https://www.amazon.com/dp/0521826802/ref=as_sl_pc_tf_til?tag=-20&linkCode=w00&linkId=&creativeASIN=0521826802 CUP has this posted as available from April, 2021 : https://www.cambridge.org/us/academic/subjects/classical-studies/classical-languages/cambridge-greek-lexicon?format=WX It's actually much cheaper, if the price holds, than I expected. So, why bring it up here ? Well, any chance we might see this in Accordance next year, if the print publication date holds, etc. etc. ? Thx D

Michel Gilbert
If Accordance works with Cambridge University Press on this, please also ask for The Elements of New Testament Greek by Jeremy Duff. The Elements has a 100+ year tradition beginning with Nunn in 1914, replaced by Wenham in 1965, and Duff in 2005. Accordance could also include the “software containing drills for vocabulary and grammar, additional practice sentences, a Tutor’s pack of PowerPoint™ slides, and the audio CD set containing the vocabulary, paradigms, and New Testament passages from the book” (https://assets.cambridge.org/97805217/55504/frontmatter/9780521755504_frontmatter.pdf). cralford
Have there been any post made explaining how this work will be laid out. It sounds very intriguing. From the details provided it appears it is broader than the NT in scope. Is that correct?Certainly would like to have it on Accordance. Found this sample page. https://www.classics.cam.ac.uk/system/files/documents/lambda30.pdf Edited April 23, 2021 by cralford

john Burnett
The new lexicon has been released, and i already have a pdf of it. But it would be really nice to have it in Accordance. The Victorianisms of L&S do obscure the Text. Not that most of the particular (secular) examples cited here are relevant to our field, but you get the idea!— https://www.theguardian.com/books/2021/may/27/first-english-dictionary-of-ancient-greek-since-victorian-era-spares-no-blushes-lexicon-classics
