Frequent error when highlighting

Any time I go in to do a significant amount of highlighting, about every 5 minutes I receive an error that says "The File xxx.hlt cannot be used now because it is busy." (screen shot attached).

 

I keep hoping with each release that this will be fixed, but now I'm wondering if I'm the only one that gets this message.

 

The one thing I will mention that may be relevant is that I have accordance set up to store everything on OneDrive.  I'm wondering if the error is caused by Onedrive trying to back up the file while Accordance is trying to write with it, although, I don't have any other applications that have this problem.

I haven't received a report of this message before, so you may be the only one getting it.

 

An easy way to tell if it's a conflict between Onedrive and Accordance would be to temporarily disable Onedrive, and see if Accordance keeps giving the same error.  If Accordance keeps giving you the error with Onedrive disabled, it may be a bug in Accordance.  In that case, send me a forum message with a link to your highlight file, and I'll look into it further.

I'll give that a try next time I have a big batch of highlighting to do.  I suppose it's redundant to keep stuff on both OneDrive and still sync to Drop box, but I'm just a little paranoid that way!
