Incorrect Hyperlink underlining with “Copy As” “Citation” from a tool

So “Copy As” “Citation” from a tool works according to the settings in the “Bibliography” category of the Preferences, as I just learned. But there is an issue with the way that the Accordance URL is placed in the citation. See the image below.

Basically, if “Include ‘accord://’ location URL” is turned on in the “Citation” category of the Preferences, when copy-pasting from a text module, “Copy As”>“Citation” will display the Accordance URL as its own URL at the end of the reference. But with a tool module, the URL is not placed separately at the end of the citation, but is hyperlinked onto a part of the bibliographical reference in a way that does not make sense. As you can see, it attaches the hyperlink to the name of the series, which does not make sense. Shouldn't the URL be separate and spelled out at the end of the citation?

If you paste into a plain text file, the link will be at the end.
