Typing Hebrew in User Notes and User Tools

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have noticed this, but typing Hebrew into a user note or user tool always shifts the space to the right of the Hebrew word, sticking the Hebrew word to any following English word. See the attached screen shot. The sentence to the right was typed with a space entered after the Hebrew word and before switching back to English. To get to the correct display of a Hebrew word within an English sentence (the sentence to the left), I have to add two spaces and the delete the superfluous one that was added to the wrong side. Even internet text entry boxes or emails do not have this problem.
