1) Enter in a search window a search of all of the words in your particular range, which is in your example:
* <AND> [RANGE Jonah]Remember, the <AND> command is Shift-Command-A, and the [RANGE ?] command is Shift-Command-R.
2) Duplicate the tab (command-D)
3) In your new tab, enter the search:
[HITS ESVS] <AND> [RANGE Nahum]
Remember, the [HITS ?] command is Shift-Command-H, and will either automatically fill in your existing window name or present a dialog to pick the correct window.
Also note that in both 1) and 3) you can use actual defined ranges rather than the [RANGE ?] command. That would simplify the searches to * and [HITS x], respectively.

If you wanted to see the shared lexemes in Jonah, you'd need to set up two more searches in reverse (i.e., * <AND> [RANGE Nahum] and [HITS name of previous search window] <AND> [RANGE Jonah]).
In either case, you could then click the Details button and look at an Analysis tab to see the actual items (and customize the display, including sort criterion, with cmd-t).

1. one tab with * <AND> [RANGE Jonah]
2. another tab with * <AND> [RANGE Nahum]
3. a third tab with [HITS windowname 1]@[HITS windowname 2]<AND>[RANGE Jonah, Nahum]
By joining the HITS from the first two windows with an @ symbol, you tell Accordance that you only want to search for the words which appear both in Jonah and in Nahum. You can then do an Analysis to get the list of words.
The cool thing about doing the search this way is that you could then search for the words which are unique to one book or the other by using a minus sign after the @ symbol:
[HITS windowname 1]@-[HITS windowname 2] would find all the words in Jonah but not in Nahum.
[HITS windowname 2]@-[HITS windowname 1] would find all the words in Nahum but not in Jonah.
