Richard Elliott Friedman translation

Rabbi Benjamin Sendrow

Recommended Posts

I think Richard Elliott Friedman's Torah translation is the best available. If you have not seen it, I highly recommend it. The actual title is Commentary on the Torah. The commentary is also excellent, by the way.

I would love to see Friedman's translation as an Accordance module, and Helen suggested that I run it up this flagpole and see who salutes. Are there any other REF fans out there? If not, take a look at his work and perhaps you will become a fan, too. Then write back and ask to have it as a module!

can you add a link. I'm currently looking in the Zunz Translation. It's probably the German counterpart. Zunz is the complete tanach translation and the "official" Rabbi Bibel.
