YingLam Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Hi, I want to change the text background on main window from white to others like parchment, Mint, Rose. I clicked the option from the pull-down menu inside 'tool-display' or 'text-pane display', and then ok. Nothing happens. I changed the settings in preferences at the text background of the 'tool-display' and 'text-display'. and then ok. Nothing happens. I saved all the workspaces and then quit and then restart Accordance, nothing happens. strangely, only when I chose 'black' as the background color, the effect took place immediately. and if I changed the references text color and the contents text color and they changed accordingly right away. According to the list of options, there are: book, parchment, rose, newsprint, sky, white....... whatever I chose, absolutely nothing changes except I chose black. Helen Brown Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 The fact that black and custom colors work means that the feature is working. Maybe your screen simply does not let you see those very faint colors. There is no texture to them. Here is a screenshot of the parchment and mint backgrounds.
